NTS Direct, a Reseller Specializing in Mid-Market Telecom Services and Solutions, Becomes a Technology Services Distributor for Avaya OneCloud™ Portfolio Including Avaya Cloud Office™

December 21, 2021 NTS Direct, a leading distributor of voice and data technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise markets, and Avaya (NYSE: AVYA), a global leader in solutions to enhance and simplify communications and collaboration, today announced that NTS Direct will be a new Technology Services Distributor (TDS) in the U.S. market, offering the Avaya OneCloud™ portfolio including Avaya Cloud Office™ by RingCentral®, an all-in-one cloud solution providing unified communications across voice, video, team messaging, file sharing, and fax.
