Eric Rossman is the Global Vice President of Alliances, Partners, and Developers at Avaya. As the architect of Avaya’s global ecosystem, he is responsible for driving innovation through a robust network of partners and ISVs. Eric oversees high-impact strategic alliances with cloud and AI leaders, including Google, Microsoft, and Databricks, ensuring customers can maximize their investments in Avaya’s open platforms.
With a versatile career that spans sales, marketing, and engineering, Mr. Rossman previously held leadership roles at Lucent Technologies, Kodak, and within the public sector. He holds a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania, earned through a joint program between Penn Engineering and the Wharton School.
