At Avaya, contact is not enough. It’s about connection.
Avaya is the leader in creating customer relationships that build enterprise value.
We help large global organizations transform the contact center from a tool for surface-level interaction to the center for customer connection.
Avaya strengthens the connections that build business value
Investments in new technologies, channels, and modalities meant to unify customer interactions often fracture them. Customers end up feeling less known, less cared for, and less connected to the businesses that serve them than ever before. For many organizations, this pain is felt most deeply in the contact center.
Avaya is turning this tide, unifying the fragmented contact center experience. By connecting the channels, insights, technologies, and workflows that help deliver best-in-class interactions.

Enterprise born, experience driven
Large, complex global organizations provide the services and solutions that industries, economies, and lives depend on. Their make-or-break systems simply cannot come undone. This is where Avaya was born, and where we excel.
This means our products are built to expand on past investments, not disband them. It means we empower enterprises to innovate on their terms and timelines. And it means we never require enterprises to compromise on their infrastructure, technologies, or tools of choice.
This is why the world’s largest organizations and public sector agencies have trusted us with their customers, constituents, communications, and future growth for more than 25 years.
Leading organizations trust Avaya
We strengthen the connections that build loyalty, enrich collaboration, and fuel success.
