VXi Envoy Office, Envoy UC and UC ProSet LUX headsets, together with VXi Connect software, give businesses the capabilities that unified communications and contact center applications require. Envoy Office is an affordably priced, full-featured UC headset with convenient inline controls that meet accepted industry standards. The Envoy UC headset is designed to make the most of every voice-driven application, from VoIP to video conferencing to speech recognition. And the UC ProSet LUX is one of the first headsets with a built-in LED presence indicator, designed to minimize interruptions and maximize productivity. All three headsets, used in combination with VXi Connect Software Release 1.13, are now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya one-X® Agent H.323 Release 2.5.8 and one-X Communicator 6.2.
