Avaya Receives 5-Star Rating in CRN’s 2016 Partner Program Guide for the Seventh Consecutive Year

Annual guide recognizes the best channel partner programs in the market
 
Santa Clara, Calif, April 18, 2016 – Avaya, a global leader in business communications software, systems and services, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has given the company a 5-Star rating in its 2016 Partner Program Guide. This annual guide is the definitive listing of technology vendors that service solution providers or provide products through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program Guide rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
 
To determine the 2016 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each vendor’s application based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
 
In the past year, Avaya launched a number of programs to help ensure both the short and long term success of its channel partners, help navigate the changing and dynamic market of business communications and garner new opportunities from trends such as cloud, digital transformation and the Internet of Things, including:
  • The launch of the Avaya Midmarket Select and Avaya Midmarket Cloud programs, both of which are focused entirely on enabling and enhancing channel partners ability to deliver and update of Avaya Midmarket Solutions through either premises-based or hybrid cloud deployments
  • The launch of a new Growth Bests program that provides incentives in five specific areas of market opportunity: Midmarket, Contact Center, Fabric Networking, Modernize the Customer Base and Cloud.
  • Consolidation of numerous programs and making them more potent, so partners spend less time researching and applying for incentives.
