The Brazilian company Oi was honored, along with Avaya, Betta Group and Tel Contact Center, at the 2018 Stevie® Awards, having won Gold in the category of Innovation in Customer Service –Telecommunications Industry, at the 12th Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service.
