Any phones that are associated with the initial order will be configured by Avaya and sent to the customer for plug-and-play implementation.

We offer the Avaya IX IP Phone J series: 129, 169 and 179 as well as the Avaya Vantage K175 and B179 SIP Conference Phone, giving many options based on the customers’ needs.

  • Essential – Optimized for a basic telephony user like a lobby or break room
  • Business – Optimized for a Unified Communications employee
  • Power –  Designed for a Power Unified Communications employee or Road warrior

Technical support and software updates are included as part of your license agreement.

Yes, you can add contact center. A customer will simply have to add the additional contact center software and agent seats licenses as needed. See more information on contact center solutions.

How is the Avaya OneCloud IX Workplace solution priced? icon-dropdown-arrow

Seat license pricing varies based on the number of users and offers volume discounts starting at 100 users. The more users you have, the lower the price per seat on your monthly bill. Select a month-to-month option or commit to 1, 3, or 5-year plans. As a limited time, promotional offer, if you select the 1, 3, or 5-year plan, then you receive Avaya OneCloud IX Workplace phone credits that can be used toward the purchase cost of phones when placing your initial order for the Avaya OneCloud IX Workplace service.

  • 1 year plan, device credit per user equivalent to a J129 phone
  • 3 year plan, device credit per user equivalent to a J169 phone
  • 5 year plan, device credit per user equivalent to a J179 phone 
Are there third party integrations available for the Avaya OneCloud IX Workplace offer? icon-dropdown-arrow

Yes, we leverage Avaya Communicator for Web call control for integrations with Google, Salesforce and Skype for Business.
