A Secure, Reliable Mobility and Softphone Solution

As smaller financial firms look to compete with their larger counterparts, a secure, full-featured voice solution is one of the businesscritical applications they seek from the Eze Private Cloud. When it came time to upgrade its hosted voice offering, Eze Voice, with more mobility and softphone capabilities, Eze Castle evaluated a variety of cloud options before selecting Avaya Aura®.

Eze Voice: Always Up and Running

Avaya Aura serves as the foundation of Eze Voice, and coupled alongside the company’s Eze Private Cloud, the solution gives clients the flexibility, scalability and cost-effectiveness that come with a cloud-based voice service.

Financial firms particularly like capabilities such as flexible pushbutton collaboration between colleagues; high-fidelity sound quality; and the ease of routing office extensions to mobile devices. Eze Voice also seamlessly connects a firm’s offices and employees, eliminating the need for expensive and complex networks, hardware and software. As a cloud solution, Hamilton says, Eze Voice is also attractive to clients because it goes into the books as a capital expense rather than an operating cost.

From rollout to ongoing maintenance, Eze Castle finds Avaya Aura simple to manage. When a client chooses Eze Voice, the Eze team works closely with clients to design a custom solution, starting with a voice needs assessment to understand the firm’s criteria and growth plans. They can have Eze Voice up and running in days, with employees able to navigate it right off.

“It’s a very intuitive system for the user with a short learning curve,” Johnson says. As a bonus, even startups still seeking office space can establish voice service using the mobile application.

“By adding a highly redundant and secure hosted VoIP solution to the Eze Private Cloud, we have been able to offer a complete cloud business solution and drive incremental revenue,” says Steve Banda, Senior Product Manager at Eze Castle Integration.

Reliability with Avaya goes beyond the solution itself. When the team at Eze Castle needs assistance, they can count on a rapid response from Avaya Support.
