Santa Clara, Calif. – Oct. 10, 2018 – Avaya Holdings Corp. (NYSE:AVYA) today announced an extension of its successful Loyalty2gether program enabling customers worldwide to evolve their communications, collaboration and customer contact capabilities to new capabilities with Avaya Aura® and Avaya IP Office™ on premise and in the cloud.
Today, organizations of all sizes face challenges to update existing legacy communications systems in a cost-efficient way, while not disrupting employee productivity. Customers are stuck on voice in a multimodal world with limited mobility and separate team collaboration. They need a planned, simple replacement procedure, with the support needed to retrain employees in the use of new digital tools that is also cost-effective.
Avaya’s business communications platform offers organizations a foundation for a new era of customer engagement. Based on the momentum and positive feedback from customers and partners on its Loyalty2gether program, Avaya responded by extending the promotion. The extended Loyalty2gether program provides Avaya’s loyal Communication Server 1000 and Avaya Aura Communication Manager (CM) customers an opportunity to reinvent their communications, customer experience, and collaboration capabilities with a path forward to an Avaya IP Office or Avaya Aura solution and full support for the surrounding applications such as customer contact and messaging.
Through the program, customers have transformed their business communications to easily adapt to the modern workplace, improve their support for consumer interactions and future-proof their technologies for the cloud through a known, trusted platform.
“Relying on Nortel CS1K for the years previous to Avaya’s acquisition and the commitment that Avaya made supporting us for 10 years on this great platform reinforced our trust and loyalty to Avaya making the decision to migrate to the Aura platform a confident and proved right after the cutover,” said Ambassador Ali Al Aradi, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
