Santa Clara, Calif. - August 17, 2017 - Avaya announced today that Parkar Consulting and Labs, a global professional services firm focused on consulting and engineering, has adopted Avaya Midmarket Solutions for Team Engagement. The new, single source solutions have improved communication and collaboration while helping Parkar achieve more than $12,000 in savings since deployment.
Headquartered in Chicago, Parkar is a young, rapidly growing company with more than 150 employees in offices spread across seven locations including India, the San Francisco Bay Area and Warsaw. The company wanted a single solution provider with a highly reliable, flexible communications and collaboration solution that could support globally distributed operations, integrate with systems in other locations, reduce costs and allow plenty of room to expand as the business grows.
Avaya channel partner, ISK, provided Parkar with Avaya Midmarket Solutions for Team Engagement, including Avaya IP Office, video conferencing and networking, thus transforming the company into a more tech-savvy workplace.
