dvsAnalytics Encore v6.0.5 Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

Encore v6.0.5, which includes dashboards and gamification, helps businesses motivate agents through automated contests and performance transparency. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 7.0 and Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services 7.0.
