Avaya and Arowana Consulting Join Forces to Transform Customer Experience in Key Industry Verticals

Arowana Consulting will become Avaya partner; two companies will deliver solutions targeted at hospitality, healthcare and retail sectors

Singapore – April 2018 – Avaya Holdings Corp. (NYSE: AVYA), a global leader in digital communications software, services and devices for businesses of all sizes, announced today that it will work closely with Arowana Consulting to deliver dedicated solutions that address vertical industry-specific use cases. The two companies will provide solutions that leverage emerging technologies to transform the customer experience, focusing initially on the hospitality sector, and on the healthcare and retail sectors.

Arowana Consulting is one of many developers worldwide who have taken advantage of Avaya’s ongoing commitment to open platforms to deliver innovative user experiences based on the full reach of Avaya customer and team engagement capabilities. The partnership agreement will extend Arowana’s collaboration with Avaya, enabling it to deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience in key vertical markets.
