Avaya Reinforces Commitment to Algeria’s Digital Transformation at Experience Avaya Algeria

Avaya partners  with leading systems integrators, supports more than 10,000 sites

Algiers, Algeria, 2017Avaya today announced its continued support for Algeria’s digital transformation, working closely with private and public-sector customers across the country to deliver innovative engagement solutions that help them achieve their digital goals.

Avaya has successfully transitioned to a software-and-services led organization, with approximately three-quarters of revenue coming from these areas, Abou-Ltaif told the audience of customers, partners and industry decision-makers. Avaya’s innovative communications solutions are helping organizations in Algeria increase operational efficiency, enhance team engagement and deliver superior customer experiences, Abou-Ltaif said.

In March, Avaya announced a strategic partnership with Icosnet to jointly provide Unified Communications technologies from a cloud platform in Algeria. Based on Avaya Aura™ and Avaya Equinox™, the UC cloud-based services offered by Icosnet provide streamlined, mobile-first communications that are less complex than many legacy systems.
