Top U.S. Partners recognized in Innovation, Midmarket, U.S. Federal, Cloud and Service
New Orleans—January 29, 2018 – Avaya ENGAGE— Avaya (NYSE: AVYA) today honored six U.S. partners for their outstanding support, contribution and commitment to innovation. Avaya’s Partner of the Year Awards celebrate leaders across five categories (Innovation, Midmarket, U.S. Federal, Cloud and Service) in addition to presenting an award for Overall U.S. Partner of the Year.
The following winners were announced during Avaya ENGAGE in New Orleans:
Arrow Systems Integration, a unified communications industry leader, used its deep expertise with Avaya solutions to create Connect SDKs for Avaya Breeze. The company launched a Quick-Start IoT Developer Toolkit that provides the resources necessary to implement a proof of concept communications workflow, allowing new workflows to go from concept to reality in a matter of minutes.
Carousel Industries helps IT and business leaders drive innovation through integrated solutions. As a trusted Avaya partner, Carousel followed up staggering growth in 2016 to achieve outstanding sales of Avaya Midmarket solutions over the past year. Their sales staff of more than 250 field and 40 inside sales associates hold over 100 midmarket certifications. Carousel’s midmarket success is due to its vertical expertise, loyal customer base, growth-focused salesforce, and deeply-rooted strategic relationship with Avaya.
Ronco doubled down and continued to lead with Avaya in deals they were pursuing in both their Commercial markets and in the Federal space. Their commercial revenue grew an outstanding 70% while their Federal practice increased by a staggering 700% in Fiscal Year 2017.This growth was achieved by developing personal relationships with their end users to ensure they truly understood their customers’ requirements and were well positioned to deliver the Avaya solutions that best met those needs.
Within the first year of launching Avaya Cloud Communications and Contact Center Service (ACCS-E), AT&T contracted with three US-based national clients and built a funnel of 50+ opportunities. AT&T’s offer roadmap for FY18 includes expansion globally, inclusion of Breeze and Oceana, and a launch of Powered by Avaya IP Office for mid-market.
ConvergeOne is a single-source provider for IT needs, from phone systems and computer networks, to hardware and application development. Following up last year’s wins for Avaya Service Partner of the Year and Overall Partner of the Year, ConvergeOne again delivered incredible results in 2017 that include best-in-class retail, wholesale, co-delivery on-time renewal rate, and percent of upgrades sold with retail maintenance. The company also had outstanding success positioning Avaya solutions to our customers through upgrades and greenfield opportunities that resulted in the overall growth of its maintenance base.
Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions carries a three-decade-long tradition as an outstanding Avaya partner. Focused on Enterprise and Upper-Midmarket, the company serves a wide range of customer verticals across the entire Avaya solution portfolio. Standing side by side with Avaya, CBTS grew its Avaya business with YoY product increases of 55 percent and services growth of 5 percent. With an increased focus on customer satisfaction, the company also increased its CSAT scores by 6 percent year over year.
