Damovo First to Bring Avaya Cloud Solutions to Ireland

Avaya Diamond-Status partner to be first to bring Avaya Powered By IP Office Cloud solutions to Irish market

Dublin, Ireland, 2017Avaya announced that its Diamond Partner Damovo, a leading enterprise communications solutions and services provider, will be the first to bring Avaya’s Powered By IP Office Cloud to businesses in Ireland.

The “Powered By Avaya” cloud service offers a new way for Damovo to deliver Avaya’s unified communications, contact centre and video conferencing solutions in the way that meets end-user customers’ evolving needs. Avaya launched its “Powered By Avaya” cloud offering in March, and it has been enthusiastically adopted by channel partners across Europe.

Designed to suit the diverse needs of mid-market companies, Damovo offers a full range of scalable solutions – on-premise, hybrid cloud or fully-hosted – allowing Irish businesses to manage their migration to the cloud at their own pace.

The announcement follows several significant milestones for Damovo, which has cemented its status as one of the leading ICT service providers, not only in Ireland but also in Europe and around the world. 

Damovo was granted Avaya’s highest partner status, Diamond, in February, and recently announced a significant expansion to its Global Services Centre in Dublin. It has added 30 new project management, co-ordination and Avaya technical support roles, expanding its ability to provide exceptional customer solutions.

Following today’s announcement, Damovo is the only partner operating in Ireland which can offer businesses the means to adopt Avaya IP Office cloud solutions, or to migrate their existing services to the cloud-based version.
