Call reporting and call management application is compatible with Avaya Aura® Platform 7.0
Fort Lauderdale, Florida – July 28, 2016 — Metropolis Technologies, Inc. today announced that OfficeWatch XT Telemanagement is compliant with key team engagement solutions from Avaya, a global provider of business communications software, systems and services.
OfficeWatch XT Telemanagement is a robust call reporting and call management solution that helps Avaya Aura Platform users maximize their enterprise communications system usage by identifying trends in the voice network through call history reporting, usage analysis, and trigger event notification features. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 7.0.
