Applications have become an increasingly important communications tool for fostering relationships with customers, partners and employees. As such, building these very apps is becoming one of the primary tasks for corporate IT departments1. Completely cloud-based Zang offers easy-to-use drag and drop tools, pre-built applications and robust APIs that ultimately simplifies the creation of communications applications.

Unified communications and contact center solution specialist CCT is premiering its ContactPro Omni Channel desktop solution with Zang. The new Zang integration enables sophisticated applications and new customer touchpoints.
 
Fonolo, Avaya Booth #229
Fonolo, the leading provider of call-back solutions for the call center, improves the way contact centers interact with customers by seamlessly replacing hold time with a call-back.
