VXi Envoy Office, Envoy UC and UC ProSet LUX headsets, together with VXi Connect software, give businesses the capabilities that unified communications and contact center applications require. All three headsets, used in combination with VXi Connect Software Release 1.13, are now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya one-X® Agent H.323 Release 2.5.8 and one-X Communicator 6.2.
