Avaya Sweeps Unprecedented Number of APAC Awards from Frost & Sullivan

At the Frost & Sullivan APAC regional awards banquet on October 16th, Avaya was honored with a total of 11 new awards for its achievements in APAC this year. The awards spanned Networking, Video Collaboration, Unified Communications and Contact Centers, and come in addition to the Thailand Contact Center Vendor of the Year award the company had already received from Frost & Sullivan earlier in the year.

The customer value enhancement award is given to a company which has enhanced customer value through its networking offerings and recorded revenue growth in its networking product line. Criteria include both the business impact achieved – including growth, customer acquisition, growth potential and operational efficiency – and customer impact, based on price performance value, and the customer experience across the entire process.

Avaya Secures 2014 Asia Pacific Video Collaboration Growth Excellence Leadership Award

The Frost & Sullivan Growth Excellence Leadership Award is given each year to the company that has demonstrated excellence across two facets - growth strategy, and implementing and sustaining that growth within shipments, revenues, and profitability.
