Explore the Industry’s Largest Partner Ecosystem at Avaya ENGAGE 2023

Leading organizations don’t just buy technology; they buy outcomes. They start with the need and invest in solutions that support it. This shift has fundamentally changed the traditional customer-provider dynamic. Offerings from major vendors now only meet part of a business need. In many cases, the remaining support comes from an ecosystem of technology partners who work alone or with each other to provide complimentary, value-added services on top of the vendor’s offering to fulfill the outcome.

This is a win-win-win. Providers can maximize their growth potential, partners can capitalize on tremendous new opportunities, and customers can proceed with confidence knowing they’re working with a vendor that delivers end-to-end, integrated, tailored experiences based on a deep understanding of their needs.

Let’s say a financial organization wants to improve their costly, complex contact center compliance. Identity-centered security would simplify compliance without compromising security by allowing data that would normally be subject to compliance to be verified without being seen. The organization’s contact center infrastructure – provided by its main vendor – would allow for this through seamless integration with a partnering provider’s digital identity verification solution. The customer can essentially snap everything together to easily stand up their proof-of-concept and prove it out in a low-risk way.

This is one of endless examples of how a partner ecosystem helps organizations overlay innovation by adding rich technologies on top of their existing platforms and products. In a 2021 study conducted by Accenture, 48% of tech partners said they are developing more solutions on top of provider offerings.

This is central to experiences that matter, which is why we’re very excited to display Avaya’s partner ecosystem – one of the industry’s largest – at our annual Avaya ENGAGE conference in June 2023.

From E911 to AI, biometrics to automation, we offer hundreds of compatible solutions that take experiences to the next level and drive our customers’ businesses forward. Here’s a sampling of Avaya partners you can mingle with at this year’s event:

Alvaria

Alvaria and Avaya are reshaping CX with their complimentary contact center solutions. Alvaria’s enterprise-grade outbound compliance dialing, automation, and analytics, seamlessly interoperate with Avaya Experience Platform, Avaya’s core cloud solution. Calabrio’s unified workforce engagement suite – complete with call recording, quality management, workforce management, multichannel analytics, and data management – and Avaya’s contact center platform go together like pieces of a puzzle.
