Michael Sisselman

Michael Sisselman, MBA, M.Sc. has 25 years experience in telecommunications and information technology. He has applied broad technical and business skills to advise clients in the acquisition, deployment, and management of global infrastructure and applications. Since 2007, Michael has been a Managing Principal in Avaya Professional Services. Currently, he serves as Practice Leader for AI and Analytics Innovation. Michael has an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters in econometrics from London School Economics, and a BA in mathematics from Brandeis University. His academic publications include: "Value-Based Routing and Preference-Based Routing in Contact Centers", which appeared in POM, a leading journal in operations research. He frequency lectures on ways to harness machine learning models in the "Cognitive" contact center of the future.
