Avaya Edge Partner Program Receives Prestigious CRN 2018 5-Star Rating

For the ninth year in a row, Avaya has received a 5-Star Rating in CRN’s 2018 Partner Program Guide. This annual directory is the definitive listing of technology vendors that service solution providers or provide products through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.

These elite programs are selected based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.

This year, the program award also reflects the commitment of channel leadership to our Partner Community.

CRN has recognized Avaya’s own Gary Levy, vice president of Americas channel sales, as a 2018 Channel Chief, for his work in navigating partners through a time of enormous change and creating new and innovative programs that will drive profitability for our channel partners.

With over 20 years working with channels at Avaya, Gary has demonstrated loyalty and ongoing support for the IT channel by consistently promoting, defending and executing outstanding channel partner programs.

These industry recognitions exemplify Avaya’s commitment to our channel partner community as a key driver of growth and instilled confidence in our vision and strategic direction. Built upon the strength of our solutions and with support from executive leadership, we have retained our enormous partner base and continue building momentum. To help bolster opportunities for partner growth, we have refreshed our Avaya Edge partner program to include tracks that focus on the cloud.
