Avaya Scores Big for TCO on Nemertes Business Value Matrix

Key findings of the Business Value Matrix included:

  • Avaya’s three-year TCO was the second lowest with Year 1 costs 16% lower than the average

As part of the process, Nemertes asked survey respondents to discuss architecture trends. Interestingly they found that “many IT leaders who participated in the research said they were concerned about the exclusive push toward cloud by several UCC vendors. They expressed interest in working with providers who deliver viable solutions for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud architectures, vs. forcing customers to the cloud despite policies or decisions that prevent them from doing so.”
