Premium voice and data delivery
The Verizon-Avaya IP Bundle includes Private IP (our Layer 3 MPLS VPN), which segments your company information from public Internet networks. Private IP converges the way you carry voice and data, so it’s cost effective and easier to manage. You can also adjust bandwidth to accommodate changes in company traffic. Private IP provides you with high-bandwidth, full-time dedicated access to the Verizon global network, and competitive service-level agreements (SLAs).
VoIP
Better manage calling costs
The Verizon-Avaya IP Bundle includes Verizon’s signature VoIP service known as IP Trunking. It combines voice and Internet traffic for greater efficiency, eliminating the need for separate Internet and voice trunks or analog lines, which help you better manage calling costs.
If your business has multiple locations, this solution becomes even more attractive. Your disparate locations can share a single voice and data system via your existing WAN infrastructure and Verizon’s Private IP or Internet backbone network. In addition, you can take advantage of Verizon’s leading Burstable Enterprise Shared Trunks (BEST) feature. With BEST, you can leverage trunking resources by accessing idle port capacity at other locations to meet peak busy-hour requirements. Verizon Business will dynamically monitor use of concurrent call ports across all locations and allow a location to “burst” over the quantity ordered/billed for that location, if ports are idle at other locations and customer has sufficient bandwidth to support.*
Verizon offers you business-to-business calling with no additional per minute usage charges for calls between Verizon VoIP IP Enterprise Routing (VIPER) locations. And it gets better. As our VIPER network grows, so can the cost savings received by all—automatically. Look to us to help reduce your U.S. domestic long distance, international, and European national per-minute monthly usage bills.
With the Verizon-Avaya IP Bundle, you can migrate to VoIP at the same time you upgrade to Avaya IP Office. The Verizon-Avaya IP Bundle provides unlimited local voice calling, free on-net calling across the entire Verizon VoIP customer base, and a generous allotment of long distance calling minutes. It also provides robust failover and disaster recovery options. And it’s backed by strong SLAs.
*Integrated Communications Package required. Resources can be shared between locations within the U.S., Europe, or Australia. Terms and conditions apply.
