Avaya Receives 2012 Certification from J.D. Power and Associates for Outstanding Technology Service and Support
For fourth consecutive year, Avaya has achieved certification for "An Outstanding Customer Service Experience."
Avaya announced that for the fourth consecutive year, the company has achieved certification from the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates Certified Technology Service & Support (CTSS) Program – one of the technology industry’s highest recognitions. This certification acknowledges Avaya’s excellence in delivering outstanding service and support in North America.
"Earning the J.D. Power and Associates certification for four years in a row underscores Avaya’s commitment to serving our customers in the communications and collaboration market," said Mike Runda, vice president, Global Support Services, Avaya Client Services.
