The goal is to demonstrate how leveraging Avaya’s Intelligent Communications will make companies’ employees more productive, processes more intelligent and their customers more satisfied. Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Porto Rico, Uruguay, and Venezuela are some of the countries in which the road shows are confirmed.
As part of the agenda of the day long road show, presentations with Avaya executives, IP Telephony and Contact Center discussion panels will be organized, with the support of local Business Partners, customers, and prospects in each city.

In Brazil, for instance, Frost & Sullivan will participate in all the events with a discussion about the new perspectives for IP Telephony and Contact Center markets.
