Avaya does not have visibility to shareholder records with this type of detail.  Avaya’s Transfer Agent is Computershare, who should be able provide any status or details available to assist in recovering any funds associated with holdings from prior to October 2007.  In discussions with Computershare, it has become evident that most un-exchanged shares from the 2007 transaction have been escheated by now.  For reference, escheatment is the process of share proceeds being remitted to the shareholder’s state of residence as abandoned property.
