What's New With This ReleaseWith IP Office 4.2, VoiceMail Pro and Embedded
Voicemail have been enhanced to provide more efficient message
management.
- Voicemail to E-mail Presentation – Embedded Voicemail supports
the ability for voice messages to be delivered to users e-mail
Inbox increasing productivity through easier management and
prioritization of email and voicemail messages through one
Inbox.
- Increased language support – Embedded Voicemail supports
prompts in Cantonese language.
- Unified Messaging Service – Optional with VoiceMail Pro,
Unified Messaging Service is browser based, requiring minimal
installation on the VoiceMail Pro server, and no client
installations. It is compatible with any IMAP4 mail client (e.g.,
Outlook, Outlook Express), and is fully synchronized with the
user's e-mail Inbox. Additionally, Unified Messaging Service users
can access their voicemail messages (once authenticated) through a
web browser, listen to a message, mark as read, and even forward to
other users within a Small Community Network.
