The Avaya IG550 Integrated Gateway is telephony software and hardware embedded in the Juniper Networks J-Series branch office routers. This combination extends rich Communication Manager features to the edge of the enterprise network. Combining the IG550 and the Juniper J-Series routers delivers a one-box telephony, routing and security solution for branches with up to 100 users. This integrated branch communications solution enables enterprises to deliver secure and reliable converged networking. It is also easy to manage and has a competitive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

What's New With This Release

The Avaya IG550 Integrated Gateway product family has been enhanced to include:

Support of Juniper Networks J2320 and J2350 branch routers
Two new telephony gateway modules optimized for smaller branch offices (TGM550-10 and TGM550-20)
Three new telephony interface modules to increase analog port densities (TIM508, TIM516 and TIM518)
A more functional provisioning tool (Electronic Provisioning Worksheet)
