 Avaya Event Processor
 Avaya Event Processor

The Avaya Event Processor is a software solution that enables an enterprise to detect key events in their business in real time. When integrated with Avaya Communications Process Manager, it helps organizations quickly react to critical events by bringing internal and external stakeholders together with an orchestrated response that leverages the multi-media communications infrastructure.

This integration enables the enterprise to be more competitive through the deployment of sophisticated sense-and-respond applications that drive down latency or delays as well as reduce operational cost. In addition, customer service can be enhanced and incremental revenue opportunities can be captured.
