Avaya does not sell Avaya Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) directly in Iceland.

 

If the Business Partner (BP), distributor or reseller resides in Iceland and sells Avaya EEE in Iceland, then the BP, distributor or reseller, as importer of the EEE into Iceland, is viewed as being the "producer" of the EEE and by law is responsible for the take back and disposal of the WEEE.

 

If the Business Partner (BP), distributor or reseller resides in an EU member state other than Iceland and sells Avaya EEE to a third party, which resides in Iceland, then the third party, as importer of the EEE into Iceland, is viewed as being the "producer" of the EEE and by law is responsible for the take back and disposal of the WEEE.
