Avaya does not sell Avaya Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) directly in Greece.

 

If the Business Partner (BP), distributor or reseller resides in Greece and sells Avaya EEE in Greece, then the BP, distributor or reseller, as importer of the EEE into Greece, is viewed as being the "producer" of the EEE and by law is responsible for the take back and disposal of the WEEE.

 

If the Business Partner (BP), distributor or reseller resides in an EU member state other than Greece and sells Avaya EEE to a third party, which resides in Greece, then the third party, as importer of the EEE into Greece, is viewed as being the "producer" of the EEE and by law is responsible for the take back and disposal of the WEEE.
