Avaya does not sell Avaya Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) directly in Finland.

 

If the Business Partner (BP), distributor or reseller resides in Finland and sells Avaya EEE in Finland, then the BP, distributor or reseller, as importer of the EEE into Finland, is viewed as being the "producer" of the EEE and by law is responsible for the take back and disposal of the WEEE.

 

If the Business Partner (BP), distributor or reseller resides in an EU member state other than Finland and sells Avaya EEE to a third party, which resides in Finland, then the third party, as importer of the EEE into Finland, is viewed as being the "producer" of the EEE and by law is responsible for the take back and disposal of the WEEE.
