Avaya does not sell Avaya Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) directly in Bulgaria.

 

If the Business Partner (BP), distributor or reseller resides in Bulgaria and sells Avaya EEE in Bulgaria, then the BP, distributor or reseller, as importer of the EEE into Bulgaria, is viewed as being the "producer" of the EEE and by law is responsible for the take back and disposal of the WEEE.

 

If the Business Partner (BP), distributor or reseller resides in an EU member state other than Bulgaria and sells Avaya EEE to a third party, which resides in Bulgaria, then the third party, as importer of the EEE into Bulgaria, is viewed as being the "producer" of the EEE and by law is responsible for the take back and disposal of the WEEE.
