Telecommunication service provider executives, analysts and media in Asia Pacific select Avaya as the Asia Pacific ICRM Vendor of the Year for its outstanding performance in 2003.
Avaya Inc. (NYSE:AV) a leading global provider of communications networks and services for businesses, today received the Asia Pacific ICRM Vendor of the Year award, at the "Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Technology Awards 2004" gala dinner hosted by the research consulting company, in the inaugural event to recognize the market contributions of leading companies in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) industry.
The winners of the "Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Technology Awards 2004" were determined by Frost & Sullivan's continuous research on Asia Pacific telecommunications industry and the deliberations of a panel of judges constituting senior analysts, media and executives from telecommunication vendors and service providers selected depending on the different award categories. The judging criteria are based on market share growth, revenue growth, and product and service innovations for 2003. A total of 24 awards were given out.
