Avaya Behind 15 of the 24 Winners of the Singapore Annual Call Centre Awards 2003

Four of six corporate award winners use Avaya call centre technology; 11 of 18 individual award winners work for call centres using Avaya technology

Avaya Inc. (NYSE:AV) a leading global provider of communications networks and services for businesses, supplied the call centre solutions for four of the six winners of corporate awards given out to outstanding call centres in Singapore.

The Annual Call Centre Awards 2003, organized by the Call Centre Council of Singapore (CCCS) presented six corporate awards in three categories: new call centre; call centre under 50 seats; and call centre over 50 seats.
