The Avaya™ IP Office with IP telephony for small and mid-size businesses, Avaya™ 4600 Series of IP phone with PDA dialer and Avaya™ PDA dialer won awards from Communications Convergence, Internet Telephony and Planet PDA, respectively. Communications Convergence awarded in January 2002 its "Product of the Year" award to Avaya IP Office, and Internet Telephony bestowed the same honor in January 2002 to Avaya 4600 series of IP phone with PDA dialer.
