Avaya was selected based on rigorous analysis by the international marketing consulting and training company, of the Asia Pacific Call Center and Wireless LAN markets.

 

This is the second consecutive year in which Avaya has received the coveted Market Engineering Leadership award in the Call Center arena from Frost & Sullivan.
