Avaya, Inc. announced that its CentreVu® Internet Solutions has garnered a "2000 Product of the Year Award" from Internet Telephony® magazine in the customer contact/interaction solution category.

CentreVu Internet Solutions enables businesses to offer live customer assistance from a web site using functions such as text chat, click to talk, voice over IP, escorted web browsing, data sharing, e-mail or traditional voice. All channels are integrated with Avaya's skills-based routing tools to deliver each form of communication to a live agent that can best help the customer and link the agent immediately to the web page being viewed by the customer.
