The PDS User Group’s mission is to provide a vehicle for Avaya outbound dialer users to increase their knowledge on proper operation, utilization, and maintenance of their systems and other call center solutions in an environment conducive to networking.
This year, the conference has a special focus on the latest solution and product releases as well as Avaya’s Proactive Contact vision and roadmap.
