Description: Avaya invites banks, thrifts and credit unions to sign up for the BAI Retail Delivery 2007 pre-conference workshop on Responding to the Changing Needs of the Customer During a Crisis. This workshop focuses on the business environment where every customer interaction contributes to or takes away from the bottom-line, it is critical that customer care and contact centers perform optimally in the face of external disasters as well as changing service paradigms.
