Development Programs Avaya Development Programs target Undergraduate and Master’s level talent to expose the individual to core business functions, build professional and leadership skills, and technical expertise.
Currently, we have the Sales Development Program in the Global Sales & Marketing organization, which is designed to train, develop and groom entry-level client executives into field sales roles.
Sales Development Program Minimum Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other Business- or Technology-related majors • Competitive and/or entrepreneurial experience and activities • Strong interpersonal, influencing skills and analytical skills • Results-oriented • Interest in Sales • Business-related experience • Must be open to relocation How do I Apply?
