With corporations competing at a global level, exceptional talent has to be acquired worldwide. As part of Avaya’s objective of identifying and tracking high potentials, our University Relations team explores universities globally and directly interacts with students from all backgrounds. Aiming to capture the domestic and international market, we recruit candidates at more than 50 universities and business schools within and outside the U.S. We constantly seek Undergraduate, Master’s, JD, MBA and PhD level students to be part of the various internships, entry-level, experienced and leadership development programs offered at Avaya. A crucial part of our campaign includes making on-campus visits, giving live and virtual presentations and participating in career fairs. To see if we will be visiting your campus to recruit, please check the list below and contact your University Career Services for dates. If we are not visiting your school, we strongly encourage you to submit your resume/CV directly here.
