  • Commitment to open standards - solutions interoperate with voice and data networks from multiple vendors, allowing you to protect your existing investment and lower your total cost of ownership.
  • Avaya Labs and AT&T Labs interoperability – we leverage our respective market-leading components and technology expertise to your benefit.
  • A single point of contact – one contact provides seamless design, implementation, operation, ongoing management and maintenance throughout the world.

Avaya and AT&T have a long-standing history of compliance testing to verify the interoperability of our solutions. With ongoing compliance testing backed by both companies, you won’t have the burden of validating whether AT&T’s network is compatible with the Avaya solution.  You are assured that your telecommunications applications and services will work together smoothly.

The first joint interoperability tests by Avaya and AT&T began in 2003 when AT&T Managed VoIP Services were verified to fully support Avaya IP telephony solutions. As a result, new technology alternatives were extended to our customers. Today, interoperability testing has been extended across a broad range of Avaya and AT&T network based services and solutions supporting TDM, H.323 and SIP protocols.

Currently, AT&T Labs has certified the interoperability of Avaya Communication Manager IP telephony software with AT&T's VoEVPN and IP FlexReach Voice over IP services. Additionally, AT&T Labs has certified Avaya IP Office and Quick Edition for interoperability with AT&T IP FlexReach service.
