Lawford joins Avaya from Bell Microproducts Ltd, where she was European Commercial director, responsible for a full European team of product managers, purchasers and marketing executives. She has more than 14 years of sales and channel development experience, having previously held senior leadership roles with CHS Electronics Inc., License Online Inc., and RSA Security. “With her wealth of channel experience in both the UK and EMEA, Jan is very well regarded throughout the industry, and she will provide critical input to the EMEA management team as Avaya implements our high-touch channel-centric strategy across EMEA,” said Michael Bayer, president, Avaya field operations, EMEA. “I am confident Jan will excel in this new role by deepening existing partner relationships and expanding Avaya’s partner base to drive significant business growth.” About Avaya
