New Users: Portal Registration and Login Help
As an Avaya business partner, you will have access to your own information, design and configuration tools, training courses and curriculum maps, product documentation and support, designed to help you grow your business, improve your bottom line and keep your customers satisfied.
 
This page provides information on how to register for, and gain access to, Avaya's sites and applications.
 
Before you can access the portal, you need to establish a secure ID and password, by following the registration process, below.
"Be sure to have your company link ID available, as you will be required to provide it in order to complete the registration process. If you do not know your link ID, please contact your Avaya channel development or account manager (CDE, CAM)."
 
Establish secure ID & password
  • Obtain your company's unique link ID
  • Go to the Portal Registration Form
  • Complete the form and click on the ‘Register' button
  • Upon successful registration, you will be directed to the SSO landing page
  • Select "BusinessPartner Portal" link from the 'Quick links' menu on the top right hand corner
