Program Overview The Avaya BusinessPartner Program is a flexible and rewarding certification program that positions Valued Added Resellers in the Enterprise and SMBS market, as well as Value Added Distributors, to sell, implement and maintain Avaya’s communications systems, applications and services. The program is structured to embrace the varying needs of each partner type, in a way that recognises their strengths in a consistent, coherent and comprehensive way. This is achieved through a points-based program where points are earned for business investment with Avaya. Become an Avaya BusinessPartner The first step to become an Avaya BusinessPartner is to become Product Authorised. This includes the basic requirements for sales and technical training, as well as defined service capabilities to ensure that all our Partners have a minimum level of expertise and infrastructure to be able to support selling Avaya products and services. Professional Certification Avaya Professional Certification is a valuable differentiator, allowing your business to stand out from the competition. Your staff will develop their expertise – in association with Avaya University or approved learning Partners – in Avaya’s core solution areas. Courses are tailored to reflect a solution’s complexity with special attention paid to the requirements of Partners focused on IOC business. The more staff you train to attain Professional Certification, the more Certification points your company will receive. Certification is available for sales and technical staff. The calculator’s flexibility allows Avaya to recognize that partners focusing on the IOC sector will have different training requirements compared to partners in the enterprise sector. |
