CSS Corp selected Avaya Scopia® video conferencing to accelerate sales productivity and response to its customers. With the new Avaya video solution, the company drives better collaboration among its teams and customers, resulting in a significantly higher level of engagement — along with a 10% to 12% reduction in travel expenses. Employees and customers can join meetings with HD video from virtually anywhere using their mobile devices, laptops, desktops and even video room systems.

Challenges

CSS Corp’s rapid expansion across multiple countries resulted in a large global geographically dispersed workforce requiring frequent international travel. Time spent travelling resulted in a significant loss of productivity for senior managers. To reduce costs and counter the associated productivity loss, CSS Corp recognized the need for a comprehensive solution that not only enabled collaboration, but also encouraged it.
 
CSS Corp had previously implemented another video collaboration solution, but it didn’t meet their requirements for ease of use, meeting size, or accommodate participants outside the organization.
Key business goals that CSS Corp needed to achieve were:

Results

The Avaya solutions deployed by CSS Corp reduce travel time for employees by enabling them to participate in high-definition video sessions from their preferred endpoint using Scopia Desktop clients and Mobile apps, delivering value especially for internal communication and collaboration. The executive management team now conducts reviews and weekly calls using video conferencing.
 
The head office and other branch offices are also supported by IP telephony services provided by Avaya. The continuous support and service of these solutions has been provided by Avaya.
