Turkey’s Narven Thermal Spa Selects Avaya to Deliver Superior Customer Experience

Ground-breaking thermal village project deploys Avaya’s communications and networking solutions to boost productivity, reduce network costs and give guests and staff better user experience


Istanbul, Turkey, August 16th, 2016: Narven Thermal Spa, Turkey’s first thermal health village project, announced today its communications and networking infrastructure is powered by Avaya. Narven Thermal Spa is deploying Avaya’s unified communications, contact center and networking solutions across the entire project, helping to boost productivity, reduce network costs and transform the customer experience.

Narven Thermal Spa, scheduled for completion in 2017, will comprise 1,250 apartments, 150 villas, 500 hotel rooms and shared public areas, including cinemas, theaters, and restaurants. The first phase of 200 apartments is now in use, with Avaya communications and networking solutions deployed and delivering superior customer and team experiences while lowering operating costs.

With Avaya’s wireless solutions, guests and employees enjoy secure, fast and seamless wireless roaming across all areas, including the shared public spaces. The application control provided by Avaya solutions gives administrators better control over network usage, allowing them to limit connection speeds or block certain applications entirely, as required. Network administrators will be able to differentiate enterprise users from guests, with full network control and visibility.

The virtualization incorporated in Avaya fabric networking technology allows management to more easily roll out new applications and services, with less switches and cabling required at the network edge. The IT team can change settings or resolve issues remotely using only a laptop.
