Avaya Appoints Ronald Rubens as Vice President for Northern Europe to Drive Opportunities Across the Region

Guildford, UK – 2016: Avaya, a global leader in business communications software, systems and services, today announced that Ronald Rubens has been appointed as Vice President for Northern Europe.
 
As part of the Avaya Way, the company continues to make changes where it needs to, and with vast opportunities across Europe, Avaya has organized its European business into Northern and Southern geographies to ensure it has agile teams that can take advantage of these opportunities, optimise its resources and better service customers throughout the regions as quickly and efficiently as possible.
 
Ronald Rubens has been appointed the Vice President for Northern Europe, comprising of Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Nordics, Ireland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
 
Ronald brings a wealth of experience in the telecommunications and enterprise software industry having worked for Avaya before rejoining in September 2015.  Previously roles have included Chief of Staff EU, where Ronald was responsible for the Northern, Central & Eastern European region. 
 
Ronald’s focus in his new role will be to continue driving strong change within Avaya, championing its customer first culture, motivating his team towards delivering the digital transformation goals of their customers, and building a solutions-selling approach that aligns teams from across Northern Europe.
 
Avaya has also announced the appointment of Andrea Ragazzi as Vice President for Southern Europe, comprising of France, Iberia, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Greece and Eastern Europe.
